Chadd was the third broker I’ve had the experience of working with and he was by far the best. I found an unlisted house to purchase and the sellers wanted to transact without realtors. Chadd provided referrals for lawyers and title companies. He remained our main point of contact through the whole process. Text messages, phone calls, and emails were always responded to promptly. I had a goal rate that we were shooting for. Unfortunately, rates went up a bit and Chadd held out from locking rates until 5 weeks before closing, when he beat the goal. At about 4 weeks to go, I shopped around for a bit to compare what rates were out there and let Chadd know. They were marginally less because rates were continuing to drop, however I decided it wasn’t worth the effort to keep chasing rates and possibly delay closing for marginal benefit. At 2 weeks until closing, Chadd reached out to let me know rates were still dropping and we could try locking in a new rate with a new lender. We locked in at 0.5% less and were clear to close in 1 week. Chadd was on our side during the whole process and made it all easy and convenient. His communication is top notch. I got a great rate, then a greater rate, while clearing the mortgage with time to spare. I will definitely be reaching out to refinance in the future.
